Seattle wedding shuttle
Guest loops between the hotel and the venue, timed pickups and the couple's car — a vehicle and driver held by the hour at the published charter rate, no surge.
- The same published hourly rates as any charter — no wedding markup
- Guest loops venue ↔ hotel — stops and waiting included
- Sedans through 14-seat Sprinters
- Guest lists past 14 run as several vans on one loop
- One dispatcher and one schedule for the whole day
The shuttle keeps looping until the last guest is home.
A wedding day is not a point-to-point run — it is a loop that repeats. Hourly charter holds a vehicle and driver as directed: the shuttle runs hotel to venue and back as many times as the evening needs, and the waiting between loops is inside the hourly rate rather than re-quoted at every turn. The figures are the same published per-vehicle rates as any charter — the table is here, and on the full rate card.
The usual shape: a 10-, 12- or 14-seat van loops the guest block between the hotel and the venue before the ceremony and again after the reception; timed pickups collect the wedding party earlier in the day; and a sedan or SUV stays on for the couple at the end of the night. Each vehicle is one hourly booking with its own driver, coordinated by dispatch.
A guest list bigger than one van runs as two or three vans staggered on the same loop under a single coordinator, so the venue never empties faster than the shuttles can carry. Seattle venues, Woodinville wine country and the Eastside are all regular runs; for out-of-town guests arriving ahead of the day, the flat airport transfer rates apply instead.

Common questions
How much does a wedding shuttle cost in Seattle?
It is priced by the hour, per vehicle, at the published charter rates — from $75/hr for a sedan to $135/hr for the 14-seat Sprinter, minimum 3–4 hours depending on the vehicle. The table above is the complete list; there is no separate wedding tariff and no surge.
How many guests can you move?
The largest single vehicle seats 14, and a shuttle looping between the hotel and the venue moves a multiple of that over the evening. For a bigger list, two or three vans run the same loop — dispatch plans the headway from your guest count and timings.
Can the shuttle run a continuous loop between the hotel and the venue?
Yes — that is the normal wedding shape. You set the loop and the hours; multiple stops, waiting time and a plan that shifts on the day are all inside the hourly rate.
Do you provide a car for the couple?
Yes — a sedan or SUV held for the couple is its own hourly booking, usually timed from the send-off. Dispatch coordinates it with the guest shuttle so both run to the same schedule.
