Pier 66 — Bell Street is downtown on the waterfront, used most by Holland America and Oceania, at $75 flat.
Weekend embarkation peaks between 11am and 4pm and the drop-off lanes back up. A pickup that puts you at the pier before 10am walks on without the queue, and the driver stages early rather than circling a full lane with your luggage aboard.
