Everything Shuttle Seattle does

Six facts, each true on its own.

  1. Private transfers only. Every booking is one vehicle for one party, arranged in advance. We do not sell individual seats and we do not run a public timetable.
  2. Sea-Tac, Pier 91 and Pier 66. Airport runs and cruise embarkation are the core of the business, timed to your flight or your sailing window.
  3. The whole state. Leavenworth, Bellingham, Crystal Mountain, Portland and the wine country are published products, not special requests.
  4. Flat rates with no surge. The price quoted is the price charged, at 4am, on a holiday, in the rain. Tolls, taxes and airport fees are inside it.
  5. Flight tracking on every airport pickup. Enter a flight number and the pickup time follows the aircraft. Fifteen minutes of wait are free.
  6. Booking closes three hours before pickup. Inside that window a human answers the phone, 24 hours a day.
Why choose us

Six reasons people stop booking rideshares

Nothing here is a slogan — every line is something dispatch can be held to.

One flat price

The quote you see is the charge on the card. No surge, no zone creep, no per-bag fee — and every rate is published in full on the rates page.

Flight tracking

Enter the flight number and we watch the tail. Your pickup moves with the aircraft; the first 15 minutes of wait are free.

Insured & vetted

Commercially insured, and every driver is background-checked and trained on the terminals.

24/7 live dispatch

A person answers the phone at 3 a.m. — the hour most cruise and red-eye runs actually leave.

Child seats fitted

Infant, convertible and booster seats fitted before pickup as a paid add-on. Just tell us the ages.

Groups up to 14

Sedans through 14-seat Sprinters, and multi-vehicle convoys under one coordinator for anything larger.

The fleet

Passenger and luggage capacity, listed honestly

The two numbers that decide whether your party actually fits. Choose a vehicle inside the quote and the price for your exact trip appears next to it.

Vehicle images are representative of each class, shown to one consistent studio treatment. Your assigned car or van may vary in model year, make or colour; the seat and luggage capacity is always exactly as listed.

Across Washington

Wherever the trip goes, we already run it.

Hotel to pier, gate to summit — downtown Seattle and both cruise piers, the Eastside, the ferries, the falls and the mountain passes.

The 4 a.m. problem

The ship does not wait, and neither does the gate.

Nobody books a shuttle because they enjoy booking shuttles. They book because a sailing closes at eleven, because a red-eye lands at one, because there are two families, ten suitcases and a car seat that has to be fitted properly.

So the promise is narrow and it is kept: a named driver, a vehicle that fits, a price that does not move, and a person on the phone at the hour you actually need one.

Popular runs

Where most trips go

Pick one and the quote opens with it filled in. The price arrives where it belongs — in your quote, for your party, on your date.

Both piers, and what actually happens at them

Pier 91 · photography to come

Pier 91 — Smith Cove

The larger terminal, north of downtown. Alaska sailings on Norwegian, Royal Caribbean and Carnival berth here. Saturday and Sunday embarkation peaks between 11am and 4pm — book a pickup before 10am and you walk on without queueing.

Pier 66 · photography to come

Pier 66 — Bell Street

Downtown on the waterfront, walking distance from the market. Holland America and Oceania use it most. Saturdays peak 11am to 3pm, and the drop-off lane is short — we stage early rather than circle.

Hotel partners

Your shuttle costs more than you think.

A single hotel-owned van — one driver, one shift, one insurance line — runs into six figures a year before it moves a guest. We already run the Sea-Tac corridor around the clock. Put your guests in our vehicles and the cost becomes a line you control, not a fleet you maintain.

Overnight & gap coverage

We take the hours your own driver should not be working. Retainer plus per trip, no vehicle on your books.

Kills the graveyard shift

Shared hotel circulator

One van pooled across three or four neighboring properties on a contracted schedule, with the cost split between you.

Cheapest per guest

Dedicated managed shuttle

An exclusive vehicle in your branding with our driver, our insurance, our maintenance and our backup unit.

Looks like yours, isn't your problem

Hotel account

No contract at all. Front desk books at a discounted rate, you settle one invoice a month on net-30.

What every program includes

  • Commercial insurance with the hotel named as additional insured
  • Backup vehicle guarantee — a breakdown is our problem, not your lobby's
  • A written SLA with an on-time percentage, reported monthly
  • Front-desk booking portal, and a coded QR for the concierge desk
  • Hotel-branded vehicles on dedicated programs

And it can pay you back

Guest trips that are not airport runs — dinner reservations, the piers, day trips to Leavenworth and the wine country — carry a 10–15% commission back to the property. Each partner gets a uniquely coded QR, so every referral is attributed automatically and the commission is calculable without anyone writing anything down.

That turns the shuttle from a cost line into a revenue line, which is a different conversation to have with your owner.

Travel agents & trip planners

Send us the Seattle ground leg.

Agents, trip planners, tour operators, DMCs and corporate travel desks book through us for one reason: we own every vehicle and dispatch every job ourselves, so the booking you forward to your client is not quietly handed to whoever is cheapest that morning.

Sedans through 14-passenger Sprinters, single transfers through multi-vehicle group moves, airport and cruise piers, hourly charter, day trips and statewide runs. Net rates or commission — whichever way your agency works.

  • Airport transfers, flight tracked
  • Pier 66 and Pier 91 cruise runs
  • Group moves, dispatched as a convoy
  • Hourly and as-directed charter
  • Day trips and private touring
  • Conference and crew programmes

Where we pick up

The Sea-Tac corridor and the wider Puget Sound, plus statewide long distance. Do not see yours? Dispatch will confirm the pickup point by text.

One code on the concierge desk

The same code goes on the hotel front desk, the driver's card and the pier meeting point. A phone camera opens this quote form — pickup, passengers, name, mobile. No app, no account.

Every partner hotel gets its own code. The referral is attributed to that property automatically, so commission is calculable without anyone writing anything down.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle, always. You book the whole car and it carries your party alone — no other passengers are added, and no stops are inserted after you book. A sedan to Downtown Seattle costs the same whether one person rides or three.

Is the quoted price really the final price?

Yes. Tolls, taxes, airport fees and luggage are inside the number you see. The only things that can be added are ones you choose at checkout — meet-and-greet, an extra stop — and each is priced on screen before you agree to it. There is no surge pricing at any hour or on any date.

Where can I see your rates?

Every rate we charge is published in full on the rates page — zone by zone, vehicle by vehicle, plus surcharges and long distance. We publish it because most operators will not.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Enter the flight number and we track the tail. Your pickup time moves with the aircraft automatically, and the first fifteen minutes of wait after you land are free. If the flight is canceled outright, the cancellation fee is waived.

Do you provide child seats?

Infant, convertible and booster seats are fitted before pickup as a paid add-on — the exact per-seat price is on the rate card and in your quote. Tell us the ages when you book so the driver has them ready.

How far ahead should I book?

Online booking stays open until three hours before pickup — most of the market closes twelve hours out. Inside three hours, call dispatch and a person will confirm a vehicle. For a Sprinter or a cruise Saturday in high season, book a week ahead.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free up to three hours before pickup. Inside three hours, half the fare. A no-show is charged in full. Flight cancellations are waived — tell us and it is cleared.

Is gratuity included?

No, and it is never added for you. You can tip at checkout or after the ride from the link we text you. Tips go to the driver who did the trip.

How much is a ride from Sea-Tac to downtown Seattle?

Downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill are one flat published rate for the whole vehicle — about 14 miles, 20 to 35 minutes — and it is the same price at any hour, with no surge. The exact figure per vehicle is on the rates page.

How far is Sea-Tac from downtown Seattle, and how long does it take?

About 14 miles north on I-5 — typically 20 to 35 minutes depending on traffic. The flat fare does not change with the traffic or the time of day.

Can you take a group of 10, 12 or 14 with luggage?

Yes. A 10- or 12-seat van or a 14-seat Sprinter carries the whole party and the luggage in one booking at one price — no per-bag fee and no splitting across cars.

Where does the driver meet me at the airport?

By default at the terminal door on the arrivals level once you have your bags. Add meet-and-greet and the driver waits inside baggage claim with a name board. Give a flight number and the pickup tracks your arrival.
